Replace, Return & Cancel

REPLACEMENTS

Replacements can be done under following circumstaces -

1) WRONG ITEM RECEIVED - If you received a wrong order please contact our Customer Care Team - eddcare@ekdodhai.com with subject REPLACEMENT (order No) within 48 hours. We will dispatch the correct order asap nd get the wrong item picked up.
In case you do ot want replacement we dont rovide refund but can allot you EDD Money (Store Credits) or Gift Certificates for future use

2) BROKEN/MISSING ITEM - If you have received your product with missing parts, defects or broken, immediately notify our Customer Care team - eddcare@ekdodhai.com with subject REPLACEMENT (order No) and IMAGE of the BROKEN PRODUCT. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement. In case you do ot want replacement we dont rovide refund but can allot you EDD Money (Store Credits) or Gift Certificates for future use

RETURNS

Returns are easy Ekdodhai.com has 7 day, no questions asked return policy as long as the article is unused and  is without damages, breakages, dirt & scratches. We will gladly accept any unused product in its original packing within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our Customer Care team to initiate the return process. You can contact us by either sending an email eddcare@ekdodhai.com with Subject RETURN ORDER (order No) or calling us at 011 490516861 (11 AM - 6 PM).

Please do not return products without first speaking to a representative at ekdodhai.com Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer. Please mention the order number in big letters on the package and also place a paper inside the package with order number written on it.

RETURN SHIPPING - Return shipping cost is the responsibility of customer. We do not do any reimburse the cost of return shipping. Kindly ensure that you use a track-able shipping method (e.g. Delhivery, Blue Dart) with proper packing measures and cushion for glass and ceramic items. Please mention the order number in big letters on the package and also place a paper inside the package with order number written on it.

REFUND FOR RETURN ORDERS - We don't we dont provide refund for return order but can allot you EDD Money (Store Credits) or Gift Certificates for future use.

In case we received the return order in broken/damage/used state we wont we able to accpet it and cannot allot you EDD money or Gift certificate.

CANCELLATIONS

In case of requests for order cancellations, ekdodhai.com reserves the right to accept or reject those requests for any reason. As part of our usual business practice, we accept cancellation notice only within 24 hrs from date of purchase only if the order has not been processed by us. In this case we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. However, we will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. We reserve the right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by ekdodhai.com and accept our decision as final regarding the cancellation. REFUND FOR CANCELED ORDERS ONLY - You can also get the money converted to store credits for future orders. In case you want refund for cancel orders will be done within 7-10 working days. Its takes 7 working days for your money to reach into our account via CC Avenue. We can't refund it untill we get it. Your patience is highly appritiated in this regard.
